Responsibilities:

Perform neurotoxin and dermal filler injections with precision and safety.

Conduct consultations with honesty, empathy, and alignment with patient goals.

Educate patients on procedures, pre-/post-care, and support their aesthetic journey.

Collaborate with a like-hearted team in a calm, ethical, and high-vibration environment.

Attend trainings and team meetings as scheduled.
Qualifications:

Current RN, PA, or NP license in the state of practice.

Minimum 1 year of injectable experience preferred.

Excellent communication, time management, and patient rapport-building skills.

A high level of discernment, aesthetic eye, and clinical integrity.

Desire to grow with a heart-centered brand and leadership.
Compensation:

Hourly base starting at $30/hour, with room to grow up to $46/hour depending on experience and level.

Group commission tiers starting at $6/hour and increasing with productivity and clinic goals.

Total hourly compensation ranges from $36–$162/hour depending on performance, utilization, and growth levels.
