In situations where this environment cannot be maintained, we reserve the right to decline or discontinue service.

Cancellation Policy

We value the time of all of our patients and staff. To ensure we can accommodate all patients, we maintain a very strict cancellation policy.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Any appointment that is cancelled, rescheduled, or missed (no call/no show) within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a $100 fee. No exceptions. This fee must be paid prior to booking any future appointments. By scheduling with Youthbar, you agree to this policy.

Late Policy

Patients arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time are not guaranteed to be accommodated and may be required to reschedule. If we are unable to complete the appointment due to a late arrival, a $100 fee will apply.

Refund Policy

All services, packages, membership funds, appointment deposits, and retail products purchased at Youthbar are non-refundable.
